Method & philosophy

Five principles.
One single
direction.

Our sport coaching builds, through dialogue, a framework for reflection conducive to goals, solutions, and the first steps toward change.

Ismaël Djelid, entraînement en salle
01

Health & wellbeing

The starting point, never an afterthought. No performance goal justifies sacrificing health: it's the foundation everything else is built on, for elite athletes and amateurs alike.

02

Mobilising your resources

You already have what it takes. The coach's job isn't to impose an external method, but to help you activate what you already possess: experience, motivation, adaptability.

03

Enjoyment in effort

Training you dread never lasts. Enjoyment isn't at odds with rigour: it's often what allows rigour to hold over time.

04

The individual at the centre

Every goal, every solution, starts from who you are, not from a standard programme applied uniformly. Each person's context, history and constraints are part of the method.

05

Everyone's own pace

Level, goals, availability: the method adapts to you, not the other way round. An elite athlete and an amateur don't progress at the same pace, and that's not a problem to fix: it's a starting point to respect.
